help! service unavailable


recently i downloaded msn messenger 7.5 i had no proplems at first until
i tried to log-on last week, i keep gettin error code "800401fs" and
message saying the sevice is temporarily unavailable, i have tried
numerous attempts to sign in but no luck, typing in my address is very
slow, i am able to sign in on other computers...can anyone help in
solving my problem to get my messenger bak to normal??!!
