Usually this is a result of the webcam drivers. Obtaining new drivers (or even reinstalling
in some cases) usually fixes this problem.

I use WLM 8.0 (Build 8.0.0792.00)
I don't have video from my own webcam.
However, when i execute the 'Audio and Video' wizard the in can see video
from my webcam.
Afte that when i go to the 'webcam settings' i see this message
"You can not change the settings because an other program use the webcam or
the camera is disconnected"
And i can't select a camera, all what i can do in that screen is çlose'
Anyone an idea?
