Re: Cannot get ride of Messenger

it was... before you delete all that!

just went to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programas > Windows Components and
uncheck Windows Messenger...

as simple as that, but now... beter to install it again and then uninstall

I have tried to delete MSMSGS and Window Messenger from my system- rather
annoting since I do not used it at all. I have remove the software using
Control Panel, deleted the files and folders, deleted the registry entries
and also disabled the software.
However it is still trying to install and input an entry into my registry
everytime I power on the pc. Is there any way at all to get ride of this??
Thanks
