Several days ago I, too, lost the ability to log onto my upgraded
'hotmail' account...something happened! I get a message that I can't
log on from this machine (I can't remember the exact wording) and
suggests that I subscribe. After a little clicking around I do get a
sign-on screen that lists my ID freddyg39@xxxxxxxxxxx and asks for my
password and when I enter the password it brings me back to the above
message and a few times it said that I was already logged on.

I'm ready to throw the computer out the second story window. Any
insight would help. I sent a message to Microsoft (I think) telling
them of my frustration but received no reply as yet. I gave them
another e-mail address (fredg39@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) since I couldn't log
onto Hotmail to receive any messages. Frustrated Fred G.
