yes.
the adjustments to hotmail alerts do nothing. Unsubscribe sends me to
hotmail > calendar where there is no option I can find to unsubscribe - just
to turn it off (again....nothing) the link you posted AND its live version
support both tell me "I dunno"
I found "change my service" under My account on
http://mobile.msn.com/Ruhp.aspx
which pulls me through the signup proceedure. that was what I needed but
with features like "change hotmail alerts" and "change mobile settings"
before it I just never got that far before...
I still think the options page could use some tweaking and organization, the
alerts settings don't turn off when they should and the hotmail alerts
filters do absolutly nothing. is bung.

I signed up for messenger mobile alerts on my bell (canada) mobile phone and
added hotmail to the list by accident. I tried manually taking my mobile off
the alerts list and emailing support but I get generic answers like "try a
different support site" or "Its not us, it's your phone". support-bots will
inherit the earth.
I saw the unsubscribe feature (a looping link to nowhere) but couldn't get
anywhere with it. Did I miss something? Is there is no unsubscribe script?
Im kinda pissed because I have to pay for every text I get whenever I get a
new email and since I subscribe to a number of newsletters my pocket vibrates
every 2 minutes.
(PS the service stinks because you only get 3 lines of the email and have to
send numerous times to get most of the message)
