Joel there is no help on this one. Deleting contacts has to be mutually
agreed because the contact details are stored on Microsoft servers. To be
honest i have the same problem i have five or six contacts i haven't heard
from for years, but they are still on my messenger contact list. The
annoying part about it, in my case, is that the people i want to delete have
changed email addresses so i can't contact them.
The only option you have, really, is to contact them and politely ask them
to delete you from their contact list. If you don't want to do that you will
simply have to resort to blocking them.

There is a person on my list that got there by some method unknown to me.
I CAN delete this person; however, upon recycling the program this person
returns to the list. I can keep this person in the Block list; however,
it will delete, but returns immediately. Any help in remove this person
permanently????
