There was but unfortunately the tool has been taken down recently. Instead, you'll need to
contact Passport Services and request another one:

Hi, I'm new with messenger and I have a problem. When I registered I should have received a
mail for the address verifications, but I didn't. Perhaps I deleted it thinking that it was
spam, or something else. Is there a way to verify the address withouth replying to that
message?
