Do you have a firewall or router on your internet? this maybe blocking
communications to and from your computer, especially a software firewall may
cause this. if you dont then you may have a problem with your sound
hardware? or drivers, check up on these to make sure you have no problems,
you need to provide some configuration information before i can help you
anymore :) but i hope what ive said helps

When I try an audio video call in Messenger the video is fine. We get
audio
for a few seconds then it cuts out. Any ideas? Thanks
