can't sign in at home

My .net windows messenger works fine at work, and I can sign into
passport msn
account services at home just fine. However, I cannot access windows
messenger
at home or msn web messenger. The web messenger starts to sign in and
then
returns to the sign in prompt, while the windows messenger just
freezes. It is a never ending cycle. I can never get completely
signed in. I double checked msn account services
and passport services, and everything was fine. Does anyone know what
could be going wrong?
Thanks,
Andrew
PS I signed up for the .net service through work

.
