Greetings,
This is not supported without a SIP-based MCU, Radvision sells one of these.

Hi,
i'm setting up LCS2005 SE with Windows Messenger 5.1 in my company,
involving around 1000 XP SP2 clients.
Everything is working fine, exept the fact that I cannot have multiple users
in a video chat. It seems only one-to-one video conversations are supported.
I need to find out if this is possible, or I have to consider using a
plugin, or else.
Found some controversial answers around the net.
