Re:Error 0x80ee000c / SIP Transaction timed out

I'm having the same problem. I've opened up port 1503 through my Netgear
router, turned off the Microsoft firewall on that port - even turned off the
firewall entirely. It seems to be a router issue at this point. Have you had
any luck finding an answer?
