Missing Tabs, Missing Video Chat button

I upgraded to MSN Messenger 7.5. Did it on the home laptop and the work
laptop. Everything fine at home, using a Logitech QuickCamPro 4000 at the
office Logitech QuickCamPro5000.

On the main window of MSN messenger at home I have all sorts of "tabs" down
the left hand side, and I have a button on any conversation window next to
the "voice connection" button called "video connection"

However, on the work computer, same set up, or so I thought.... no tabs and
no video chat invite button. Someone can invite me to video chat and it
works fine, but I can't invite anyone else..

Help Please!
