Why not just post it here?

Start click Run type gpedit.msc then click OK
Expand Local Computer expand computer configuration expand Administrative Templates expand Windows Components then expand Windows Messenger
Double click do not allow Windows Messenger to be run and then click enable
click OK
on the file menu click Exit
