Disable Microsoft Messenger 7.5

If you have young teenage daughters with access to MSN Messenger I recommend
you delve into what they are doing while on line with this tool.
IN the mean time I wonder if Microsoft is going to take the responsible step
of having some parental controls built into this tool. Yes I know I can
disable it with a little firewall gymnastics but a some responsible
engineering (parental controls) in the application itself would be nice.
