Greetings,
Nope, Remote Assistance is not a feature of Windows Messenger, it is a Windows XP feature
which Windows Messenger essentially runs when you click the option. It will never be
available in Windows 2000.
Instead, just use Application Sharing, it's slightly more involved but effectively will do
the same thing.

I am running Windows Messenger 5.1 on a Win 2000 computer. I do not have an
option for remote assistance. Is there a way to enable this feature in Win
2000?
