What's dangerous about it? If the user installed the sponsor program, which is completely
optional, then they will get the adware -- otherwise they won't.
The installer in Add/Remove will get rid of it, it's different based on version but you can
get the exact uninstall string by looking in the registry at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
