MSN messenger games & activities and Norton Internet security

Hi,

I know that this issue I am having is caused my Nortons, but I haven't been
able to find a solution on Symantec's website, so I am hoping that someone
here may have experienced it and knows how to get around it.

I have MSN messenger 7.5 (And NIS 2006)

When ever I click the games or activities tabs on a chat I get a message
says "contacting service". The menu can never retrieve the games or online
activities from MSN. If I switch off NIS, and restart MSN, I can see
retrieve the various games or online activities. I have changed NIS rules
to allow all connections for MSN messenger (even lowered the default
firewall settings) This still doesn't resolve the issue.

I have been experiencing this problem since NIS 03 (upgrade every year) and
MSN messenger 6 through to 7.5 (and including the beta for WLM 8)

Does anyone have any suggestions ?
