Unfortunately you can't, this functionality was removed from later versions of 4.7. Although
with a specific version and a specific add-on, you can get it to work again, but it's really
not worth all the effort (unless you really want this).
Instead, the easiest thing to do is to install MSN Messenger from here:
http://messenger.msn.com/download
