everytime I try to dl msn.. it get this error.. Error Creating process c:\
docume~1\locals~1\temp\ixp000.tmp\bootstrap.exe Reason: The system cannot
find the specified path.
I've tried everything that I can and it still does it.. Help me PLEASE.
