Windows Messenger 5.0 and 5.1

Upon the installation of a new network I've noticed the users Windows
Messengers do not auto logon anymore, even though the box is checked for it
to automatically sign in. Anyone have any ideas what could possibly cause
this? The network has an SBS2003 server with the ISA server installed.
Clients are configured as proxy clients with access to the internet that
works just fine.
