Webcam audio help (NO AUDIO) PLEASE:::!

When trying to set up my webcam (Philips PCV840K) for video/chat on
MSM/XPPro, I get the message that the audio (it say "microphone") is being
used by another application. I have NO other application using the webcam's
mike.... :(
So, can anybody help me?
