Win Mess does not connect

Using Win XP SP2, Win Mess 7, 2 networks connected - LAN to another group of
PC's, and Wireless to Internet. User login is as Admin User to a Workgroup.

Win Mess does not appear to wait for the wireless network to connect before
attempting login, fails out and will not attempt reconnect.

This does not seem to if the User Login is changed to a Domain. Change back
to Workgroup, problems reappear. Disconnecting LAN cable does not change
anything.

Help! Any ideas?
