Yahoo Messenger 7 Webcam problem

Yesterday I managed to get my webcam through Yahoo Messenger 7 working.
Since last night, when starting my webcam, I keep on getting the
message: "Sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and are currently
unable to use the Yahoo! Webcam service."

I did the following trials:
1. disabled my Windows XP SP2 Firewall,
2. disabled the Norton Antivirus 2005 Auto-protect, Internet work
protection and Yahoo Messenger protection and YPager is permitted
3. on Yahoo webcam test page, my webcam is there working perfectly
4. I did enable port 5100 on the network protection and changed the
registry (both according to instructions on Yahoo webcam help)
5. I alternated between network adsl and modem dial-up.

Dspt this, I still receive the same error when opening the webcam.
What can I do?
