Help with messenger 7.0

I have messenger 7.0 and when i use video conversation the sound is awful. It
echos alot and I cant understand the person I'm talking to. I updated to 7.5
and its worse. So i got the 7.0 back. Also in Yahoo its the same thing. Some
one please help. Because when I listen to music online everything sounds
great. Its only bad through messengers. Thanks Chrystal
