MSN 7 and norton antivirus

Hi,
why can't I execute MSN 7 with norton antivirus 7 activated? If I deactive
the internet security then I can execute MSN for a limited time (5 min or 30
min). Is there an option on msn that I can set to fix this problem? Or is
there somenthing to do with norton?
Anyway I don't have this problem with msn 4. Why?
