File Transfers aren't even visible.

Newest version of XP.
Never had a problem with it before.
Transfers were working up until an hour ago.
I have not installed a firewall or fiddled with settings.
I've tried resetting the system.
I've changed exetension names just incase MSN was blocking it.

Nothing works. The person I'm sending stuff to (who I've sent stuff to
before) can't even see that I'm sending anything.
It's fairly important and annoying as f*ck. What the hell's goin on?
