Remote Assistance

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am trying to provide remote assistance to several PCs outside of my
network. I keep getting the error "Remote Assistance could not be
established because the public key provided in this connection request did
not match".
I search for the answer to my problem but have had not success.
I tried to connect to 2 other clients on two different networks (I admin
both) and got the same error message.
I am behind 2 routers/firewalls. A Linksys and a Watchguard firebox. I
have opened ports on the Watchguard and I am in the process of working on the
Linksys.
I appreciate any suggestions.
