Remote Assistance through ISA

We are trying to get the Remote assistance feature in Windows XP to work
through a network which has an ISA box guarding it.

I have worked out so far that Remote Assistance uses port 3389 which is the
same port as Terminal services so now i'm wondering if anyone knows how i can
setup the network and in deed ISA so that anyone behind the ISA box can still
ask for remote assistance.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
