connection troubleshooter / MSN Messenger 7.0 findings

I cannot connect every time when MSN Messenger 4 starts up
I get the following proposed changes when running troubleshoot.
What do they mean, and can I change the back if i need to? Where is the
configuration utility??

Change

Domain Authority Clear
Domain Authority Configuration Version Clear

Also, I have ZoneAlarm.

Troubleshooter says these thing are keeping me from connection.
