MSN Msg/Windows, changing the icon in ie6

I have started using MSN messenger, using windows msg, before. I never have
either of them start up, can you change the default on the task bar (above)
in IE 6 to start msn msg instead of windows messenger?
I don't see it in the customize toolbar, under veiw?
