I'm afraid you can't with Windows Messenger 5.1. If you really want to do this, you can
start Netmeeting manually (click Start, then Run, enter "conf" and click OK), then Call menu,
Host Meeting and then have others call your IP (Call Menu, New Call). If you don't know what
your IP is, click the Help menu and select About within Netmeeting as it indicates your IP
there.
