Ghost leave upon joining a group conversation in WIndows Messenger

Hey all,

Here is what is going on.

We're using a mix of Windows Messenger 5.0 and 5.1 clients running on a SIP
server. On a few clients, they will, upon joining and having something
posted, be presented with a list of people that have left all at the same
time, yet thet are still in the room. I can't find anything logical of this.
Normally we just exit the group chat and recreate another conversation.
This can go on for a long time.

Any known fix for this and remember we have to use SIP.
