it uninstall perfectly and repair the problem,  but I have just wanted to

the same and all X minutes, I have right there also...
Have you an idéa , exempt me to re install  windows XP with SP1 ?

Since you are trying to view a pdf file, have you tried reinstalling the free Adobe pdf reader?
