I cant sign in and I need help big time


I posted the thread below a few days ago with no help at all ..........
apparently I can cure this buy using PC Doctor, but i cant buy it
online cos everytime I try to buy anything or use a sig for banks etc
it just gives me an error screen.... anyone know what else i can do to
get rid of this problem????????????

I need help.......... My main problems are these : 1) cant get into
messenger at all even though have deleted it and then reinstalled, it
wont let me connect in any name ... and there are a few of us who use
this program.
But I am also having trouble getting into important pages on IE....
when I try to access my log in page for my bank accounts they come up
not found etc????? but every other page is fine, I have done 3
different virus scans and only found the normal rubbish and dealt with
it.

Also I have 3 files that arent loading CoreDll.dll mm_tray.exe and
msimm.exe?

All help would be appreciated
