changing from messenger 5.1 to 6.2

i'm not an authority, but i believe they are 2 different
entities. msn messenger and windows xp messenger. you can
turn off the windows messenger or msn. or you can run
them both. look on the web on how to perform the
operations. hope this helps a little.
