0x81000365 error code

i installed msn messenger 6.2 to get the error code as
you suggested and it was 0x81000365. i then proceeded to
click on the troubleshooter which said "troubleshooter
has determined that you may not have internet
connectivity." neither messenger (windows or msn) will
connect.
