crystal soundfusion

I am having problems with my "crystal soundfusion(tm)
CS4281 WDM Audio" and it is reading a code 10 error. I
have no idea what that means and I have already tried the
troubleshooter, uninstalling and reinstalling, and such
but it just does not work. If anybody knows what a code
10 error is or how to fix this problem? Thanks.
