What is the data rate with webcam?

    Does anybody know how much bandwidth the messenger uses with two way webcam
    set up?

    It's sending data continuously but I have no idea what the data rate is.

    Is there any way to adjust the webcams frame rate or resolution in
    messenger? It doesn't need the full 640 by 480
