Can't send video in conversations

Hello,

I've got a Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 with the latest drivers. The
camera works normally in the Logitech programs, and it also works when
I go through the Audio/Video Tuning wizard in Windows Messenger. But
when I or someone else starts a video conversation, the preview window
is black and the other person also sees only black. I'm using a UPnP
enabled router, and have verified that ports are being opened on the
router for the connections. I've also tried this with another machine
on my LAN and I get the same results. As a side note, voice works both
ways. I'm at a complete loss for what the problem could be. Any
suggestions on what to look at or try next?
