can anyone help, i am running windows xp professional
service pack 2 with windows messenger 4.7.3000. I use
both a network connection (broadband) and a dial up
connectionto access the internet. I have used messenger
to transfer files and pictures to other people and it
works very well, but i cannot receive any files, the
following error message is displayed; 'The transfer of
the file (file name) has been blocked because it could be
unsafe'. I have tried all the usual things, shutting down
virus software and firewall etc but no luck. Anyone have
any suggestions PLEASE????
