Voice Connection Problems

Hello Everyone and thanks for your help in advance. I am trying to set up
Windows Messenger to be able to connect with voice and video to a remote user
outside of our corporate network. They can connect with regular IM fine, but
the connection never occurs when voice is included. I have however, been
able to establish voice connection to this person from my home network, so
this points to some type of firewall issue in my corporate network, however,
I am not sure where to look. Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated.
