Greetings Markus,

1. Assuming everyone is on particular users' contact list, all one person needs to do is
"add" them into a conversation by opening one conversation window and using the "invite"
feature. You can also specify a group within Messenger (6.x), choose the Actions menu, then
Send an Instant Message, choose the Group and everyone will be added immediately. As soon as
the person inviting says something in the conversation, everyone will "be" in the
conversation.

2. You'll have to do this separately I'm afraid, a link would be preferred. The Whiteboard
functionality within Messenger actually only allows one-on-one users only (although you could
use Netmeeting on its own and have people connect to your IP for multiple users).
