Windows Messenger 4.7.3000 Installer????

When will this become available so that I can undue the
mistake I made of downgrading to Windows Messenger
4.7.0.2009. I Use the latest MSN Messenger too, but want
to be in sync with all of my other XP SP-2 friends. I do
a lot of Remote Assisatance.
