Thanks, I thought it was suppose to start as soon as I connected to the
Internet!

I would be grateful if you could answer one more question for me.

I use Office XP Professional. I have built in Ethernet 10/100 port plugged
into Linkseys hub on main PC. I am going to connect 2 more PC's over the
next couple of days. I use a 56k dial up modem to connect to local ISP
which I hope to share with the other 2 computers. I have set a static IP
address on main PC.

Office XP selected the "connect thru my phone line" for my Administrative
account on main PC when I setup my email account. When I setup the other 3
users email accounts on main PC, Outlook had "connect thru LAN" box checked,
instead of connect thru phone line so I changed this on the other 3 users to
connect thru phone line.

Are the other users "set up as Power Users" on my main PC suppose to be set
to connect thru LAN or connect thru phone line for email? I am not running
exchange. I also have hotmail accounts setup in Outlook for each user.

I just want the messenger client to work properly. Please let me know if I
need to change the setting for email on other 3 users to connect thru LAN
which is what Outlook originally set them too.
