MSN Messenger 6.2 - No sounds at all

    I have a problem on one of my clients computers. MSN messenger and windows
    messenger have no sounds and no soud associations are available in the
    sounds options in control panel. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both
    programs and still no difference. The sounds categories are in the sounds
    control panel but they are all empty spaces and nothing to select. I even
    have put Messenger plus 3 on and tried to use the sound fearutres. They
    come up as greyed out options.

    Anyone else heard of this problem?
