How can I get NetMeeting to start when asked to on MSNmessenger?

After installing Skype (an internet telephony program) on my computer I was
no longer able to accept calls for NetMeeting from MSNmessenger. Before Skype
Netmeeting would open normally when I was asked to accept a NetMeeting call.
Not any more. Now Skype opens instead. I tried unistalling and completly
removing Skype. That didn't help. Now Netmeeting would not open at all. I
tried reinstalling NetMeeting but I got this message:
"This version of Netmeeting does not work on this version of windows" My
windows is XP and MSNmessenger is 6.2. My netmeeting was version 3.01 and now
I can't get it to work anymore....HELP.
