Cannot Download MSN Messenger 6.1. "An error occured during the installation of assembly component {874793FC-5F43-496A-8FE7-18C4DB9B143D}. HRESULT:-2147024894."

Hey, When I download MSN Messenger 6.1 it says, "An error occured during the installation of assembly component {874793FC-5F43-496A-8FE7-18C4DB9B143D}. HRESULT:-2147024894." I've tried to reinstall it several times and nothing works. I even tried restarting the computer and reinstalling it again and it still does not work.
If anyone knows this problem help will be highly appreciated. Thank you
