Since i installed MSN Messenger 6.1 i have been plagued by the problem known as 0x81000303.
This has stopped me from being able to access numerous websites including Hotmail, most things associated with Active X, MSN Messenger, MSN Explorer and many many more.
The problem describes a problem with either the user name or password; however, they have been varified at other peoples houses.
I have deleted all temp internet files and reset internet settings.
I am unable to reinstall microsoft service pack 1 or update norton anti-virus online (and more!) becuase it says that microsoft cannot recognise the certificate.
Please help !
