Hi,

Firewall Settings
==============
Are you working behind a firewall. If the answer is YES, then make sure
that MSN Messenger is among your "allowed or trusted" programs as far as
internet access is concerned.

Virus
====
Update your Anti-virus scanner and check for any viruses or worms in your
network.

Clear IE Cache and Cookies
=========================
1. Open IE.
2. Click Tools -> Internet Options
3. Click "Delete Files" button and latter Click "Delete Cookies" button.
4. Then click on the Advanced tab
5. Scroll to the Security section and verify that "Check for server
certificate revocation" is unchecked.
6. Next also verify that 'Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL 3.0' is checked, then
click OK.

Change your password:
====================
Browse to http://memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf and
change your password and then try signing in again.

Hope this helps ...... :)
