    It's grayed out because you haven't yet verified your e-mail address. To do so, you'll be
    receiving a verification e-mail within 48 hours of registering your Passport. If it's
    already been 48-hours, you deleted the e-mail or you never received it, you'll need to
    request another one from Passport Services:
